Ingredients
- ¾ cup raw pecans
- ¾ cup raw cashews
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup dried craisins
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Optional: 1 cup popped popcorn
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well until evenly distributed.
- Serve about ½ cup of trail mix as a snack.
- Store in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag or tightly sealed container.
- The trail mix will keep at room temperature for up to one week, up to one month in the refrigerator, or up to three months in the freezer.
