A quick, customizable trail mix made with nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and chocolate. Perfect for a nourishing snack at home or on the go.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raw pecans
  • ¾ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup dried craisins
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Optional: 1 cup popped popcorn

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  3. Serve about ½ cup of trail mix as a snack.
  4. Store in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag or tightly sealed container.
  5. The trail mix will keep at room temperature for up to one week, up to one month in the refrigerator, or up to three months in the freezer.
