Kale Chips

Ingredients
- 2 bunches fresh kale
- 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt, to taste
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove large stems from the kale and chop leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash kale thoroughly and dry very well. Excess moisture will cause steaming instead of crisping.
- Place kale in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic, and sea salt.
- Spread kale in a single layer on a large baking sheet, avoiding overcrowding. Bake in batches if needed.
- Bake for 10 minutes, rotate the pan, then bake an additional 10–15 minutes until crisp.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
